CASAs are professionally-trained volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children both in and out of court. CASAs are instrumental in ensuring the system designed to protect child victims works effectively.

The Chelan Douglas CASA/GAL program, with the aid of community members, hands out handmade Christmas stockings filled with gifts to children and youth who are assigned to our program and overseen as a courtesy. All children who are in the foster home or group home receive a Christmas stocking.
