Competitions are organized and conducted in all sports and activities . Expenses include : facilities rentals awards & trophies event staff medical staff trainers officials police security & tournament workers .

The KINGCO Conference must split the net proceeds from playoff events with other Districts . In addition net proceeds are distributed back to ASB Funds of member schools .
