In 2021 the Center continued to deliver conflict resolution services virtually during the pandemic. The requests for our work grew 400% with the state Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP). The Center supported nearly 5,500 clients with the assistance of 169 volunteers. Our mediators donated over 4,800 hours.
