Housing Crisis
To create stable foundations for individuals experiencing homelessness, our housing initiative advances policy change, advocates for sustainable resources, and holds housing systems accountable.
The we are in program is a community coalition of king county residents, both housed and unhoused, alongside advocacy organizations, philanthropies, service providers, and businesses, united to drive progress toward ending homelessness in the region. In 2024, the program transitioned to a new fiscal sponsor.
Education
Grounded in research on student homelessness, our education work strengthens the integration of housing and school systems to better support students. In 2024, we expanded the homeless student stability program to 13 grantees across 11 counties, serving students in 31 districts and educational settings.
