Where the work happens
Rapid re-housing serves pierce county families in rented homes throughout pierce county. We provide rent and other financial assistance from six months to a year with limited case management. In 2025, 85 families were served.
HHH'S homeless prevention program in partnership with local pierce county school districts mckinney vento liaisons provides families with tailored services and assistance to at-risk of homelessness families to prevent a homeless episode. In 2025, 85 families were served.
HHH'S permanent supportive housing program helps chronically homeless families in which a family member has a permanent disability. Unable to fully-support the entire cost of housing, the client family pays a portion of their monthly income toward rent.
