Where the work happens
In collaboration with providence ST.PETER hospital, and other local nonprofit organizations, interfaith aided in the creation of the providence community care center (CCC). The CCC provides a single point of access for a range of services from different agencies and organizations for folks on the streets.
Homeless Shelter Facilities
The interfaith works suportive shelter program provides up to 60 beds of 24/7 vulnerability-based shelter totalling over 21,900 bednights per year. We provide meals, secure personal storage, showers, laundry, connection to phone, mail, and internet services.
Community Care Center
In collaboration with providence ST.PETER hospital, and other local nonprofit organizations, interfaith aided in the creation of the providence community care center (CCC). The Navigation Team
A sub program of interfaith works homeless services, is made up of certified peer support workers and provides a continuum of services from outreach and advocacy to dedicated respite beds for people who are homeless and exiting the hospital.
