Our mission is to produce organic, healthy food for our local community, to reintroduce wheat to the east end of long island food shed, and to provide extensive educational opportunities in food and farming for children and families and aspiring farmers who apprentice with US each season.

The community supported agriculture (csa program) consists of 375 families that join the farm to share the risks and rewards of the growing season. Csa members actively participate in sustainable agriculture by purchasing local, seasonal, organic food directly from farmers.
