Reflejo mobilizes individuals and churches for global mission engagement through education, partnership development, and strategic networking. In 2025, programs engaged approximately 392 churches, including around 180 newly connected churches, and mobilized at least 428 individuals into active mission involvement.

Supported evangelism and disciple-making through field ministry, Discovery Bible Studies (DBS) movements, and leadership multiplication. In 2025, these efforts resulted in approximately 521 new believers and 352 individuals engaged in ongoing discipleship.

Provided training, coaching and holistic care for missionaries, candidates, and ministry leaders to strengthen sustainability and effectiveness in cross- cultural services. In 2025 Reflejo mentored 157 leaders. Programs include pre-field equiping, leadership development, member care, and reentry support.
