Oddkin Unite is a curated series of art-and-dinner gatherings where artists create and present new work and participants engage in meaningful dialogue that leads to resonance connection and bridge building across differences. In 2025 we commissioned 8 artists engaged 5 chefs and hosted 183 participants across 5 gatherings.

Through our Cultivation program we nurture both the land and our community through intentional care for the land and more equitable food access. In 2025 we grew 760 pounds of food engaged 286 people in garden workdays and events and ran a successful garden apprenticeship program.

We are building a pocket neighborhood of twenty-four affordable homes for low-income workforce households to foster housing stability resilience and belonging. In 2025 we met our goals for the predevelopment phase of this program.
