Transitional Housing

This program provides additional support for community members that are stabilizing and seeking permanent housing. This program offers more thorough casework and resources, and promotes the interests of the community member by using a housing first model as the appropriate starting point for stability.

The hotel ministry assists community members by providing initial shelter for someone who is experiencing homelessness. The ministry then works within the network of service providers and with other community members to find support and resources.
