With food rescue as our sole mission, waste not partners with more than 100 generous food businesses in our community, including grocers, caterers, restaurants, resorts, and event venues. These food donors share our values and donate their excess food, preventing it from going to waste.

In june 2019, waste not expanded their reach and impact when they deployed a new food rescue app designed for smaller-volume food donations. This app allows food businesses of all sizes, from local restaurants to large retailers, to quickly and easily post and donate surplus food outside of scheduled delivery routes.
