The 2024 My Hbcu Matters Summit
This flagship event brought together over 500 scholars, alumni, and corporate partners to advance conversations around academic excellence, economic mobility, and leadership development. Scholars participated in industry panels, mock interviews, leadership simulations, and case study competitions.
2024 Day on Capitol Hill: Designed as a strategic advocacy initiative, this event empowered HBCU scholars and alumni to directly engage with members of Congress and education policy stakeholders to advocate for equitable funding and student-centered reforms.
2024 Whitehouse HBCU Week: As part of National HBCU Week, this event connected scholars with federal agencies, policymakers, and national advocates to explore career pathways in government and discuss HBCU-specific educational equity issues.
