Leadership/Membership Development

Work in local communities with members and community groups to identify emerging women leaders. Provide mentorship and encouragement to women seeking leadership and volunteer opportunities. Encourage women supporting women and civic participation.

Lillian's List Foundation also engages and educates our membership on the political process and the need to engage and elect more women to public office.
