Scholarship Program
In 2024 We were able to award 16 scholarships to achieve professional certifications within the field as well as intensive leadership training. We were able to cover the training expenses as well as travel and lodging expenses for each of the training. This is a $30,000 scholarship program.
Workshops and Virtual Trainings- We provide free and low-cost training via quarterly workshop where we discuss leadership, career development, mental wellness and 911 operations. In 2024 we provided four half-day virtual training events and had about a total of 228 attendees.
Conferences and In-Person Academies- We provide low-cost, best-in-class training for women in 911 to develop themselves professionally and personally. We bring 4-5 national speakers to areas that dont always have the ability to travel to training. In 2024, we performed three academies in three different cities.
