In 2025, Collective Climb worked with 35 unique participants through restorative justice diversion. 33/35 of those youth have had no further systems contact. We maintain an all-time success rate (no recidivism) of 90% since beginning in 2021 and ending in 2025.

In 2025, we held our eighth cohort and began our ninth cohort of the Restorative Community Project, reaching 20 Black and Latinx girls and non-binary youth who are investing in themselves and their neighborhoods. Both cohorts received at least $900 in stipends for their participation in the programming.

Safer Movements Collective trained a cohort of 10 Black Organizers over 6-months in peer mediation, deescalation, restorative practices, and other techniques to equip them to build stronger and safer organizations. Safer Movements Collective has distributed $4000 in emergency funds to cohort participants to assist with unexpected crises.
