In furtherance of such purposes, the corporation shall have the same powers as an individual to DO all things necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes of the corporation, as set forth in the articles of incorporation and these bylaws, including all power and authority granted by the georgia nonprofit corporation code within and subject to the limitations of section 501(c)(3).
