National Extension and Research Administrative Officers (NERAOC) Planning Meeting (August 27-August 29, 2024) face-to-face meeting held in Reno, NV. Expenses incurred were for the planning event, pre-payments to hotel, travel scholarships for the 2024 event, keynote speaker fees, prepayment of fees for app platform for the 2025 event.

Western Region Joint Summer Meeting (June 24-28) a face-to-face meeting in Fairbanks, AK. Expenses incurred were for AV, space, meals, and events staff in charge of the event. Revenue came in the form of registrations for attending the event along with additional income from WEDA and W-APS to help cover the costs of the facilitator.
