Talent Reskilling/Upskilling

We provide opportunities for upskilling and reskilling to expand both the capacity and diversity of our tech talent. Signature programs include tech apprenticeships a preferred provider reskilling network for non-traditional skills development, and ai upskilling.

Recognizing that developing diverse tech talent is critical to a vibrant tech community, the coalition supports technology education and opportunities to attract, develop, and retain diverse regional students to create a strong early talent pipeline. Signature programs include hour of tech and fuse.
