Prevention

In 2023, we continued our child abuse prevention education initiative which is helping to ensure evidence-based body safety programs for K-12 students. These programs not only prevent child abuse, but also help children self-identify and get connected to the services they need to support their healing journeys.

kNot Today strives to provide resources, support, & funding to vetted service providers in caring for children who have experienced sexual trauma. In 2023, we provided grant funding to 4 vetted organizations who provide restorative services for children and families who have experienced sexual trauma.

Awareness

Child sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking is a silent epidemic in the United States. With our awareness efforts, our goal is to bring it to the publics attention so we can get ahead of abuse before it begins. In 2023, we grew our relationships with lawmakers, law enforcement, service providers, and our peers in this fight.
