General programs include but are not limited to the following: transgender programs, book club, knitting group, bipoc programs for 18 to 25 year olds, a weekly newsletter, and a variety of community events. Our advocacy work is effective with gains being made for the community at a local level.

Out boulder county's out youth program (13 to 18 year olds) has four separate groups: middle school group, 2 high school groups, and programming for youth of color. Due to covid our annual youth campaign trip turned into physically distanced day trips and a night of noise that was virtual. We had to cancel our annual high school dance.

Out boulder county provides a variety of general educational programs for the LGBTQ community. We train and educate students, teachers, government employees, church members, local media, other nonprofit organizations and for-profit organizations.
