Open Movement

381 outcomes: Equitable, engaging, enjoyable movement including yoga, gentle movement, dance parties, strength and conditioning. Weekly and monthly sessions where individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers and allies practice meditation, breathing and physical movement as a means of building self-awareness and self-control.
