The building power program supported seven resident leaders in an immersive place-based fellowship program that provided leadership development, education on planning and development processes, and gave residents the space to conceptualize a tiny home eco-village development project as well as an adu program that integrates place-making…

As a community land trust, richmond land's goal is to create permanently affordable housing. We built relationships and a pipeline for acquisition of property to stabilize homes for families in richmond and create permanently affordable units through our long-term ground lease.
