The Firefly Annual Gathering was attended by 768 participants, including staff, instructors, volunteer positions and general admissions. Around 350 of those volunteered over the course of the gathering in some way. Perennial Workshops served over 120 participants in fifteen workshops over the course of the year.

The Firefly Gatherings Community Connections Program helped create opportunities for nature connection and skills for individuals who dont have opportunities through application based awards to offset attendance costs, as well as by creating welcoming conditions and additional resources at the event.
