LL foundation acts as a land trust to operate an in-lieu fee stream and wetland program (ilf program) and hold conservation easements in perpetuity. The compensatory mitigation program creates, restores, enhances AND/OR preserves wetland AND/OR stream resources to offset that impacted by development projects.
