In 2021, stone soup continued our partnerships to provide meals to those in need of support by coordinating and cooking meals for physical distancing shelters set up by multnomah county. In addition to the physical distancing shelters, we were also able to cook and coordinate for other nonprofit run shelters.

In 2021, stone soup continued to fulfill our mission of training those with barriers to employment. The COVID-19 pandemic and the following unpredictability of the foodservice industry's labor market both reduced the number of cohorts entering our program and the number of participants per cohort.
