In 2024 Emerge Action Fund (eaf

formerly WLE) hosted its signature program, Leaders Emerge Gathers, with two in-person programs in Las Vegas, NV and Atlanta, GA. There were a total of 20 fellows that attended, with 98% identifying as POC, 5% identifying as nonbinary, 53% identifying as LGBTQIA+, and 75% were under the age of 36.

In 2024, Emerge Action Fund (EAF) expanded its educational programming to include two impactful initiatives, Step Forward and Emerge Rising, both designed to support and develop women leaders at every stage of their political journey. Step Forward serves as the entry point for women exploring political leadership.

On May 2, 2024, Emerge Action Fund (EAF) piloted National Women Talk Politics Day with a successful social media focused campaign. The strategy included paid ads, paid and unpaid media partnerships, 1:1 outreach to key Emerge alums, influencer outreach, and targeted emails.
