Our students participate in design thinking class daily. They are given a community-based problem to solve and they prototype their idea to share and receive feedback. After each unit of study, we have a design thinking exhibition for parents.

We had special interest clubs for students after school in the fall. They consisted of choir, art, spanish, basketball, reading, and board games. These clubs were held for 8 weeks and culminated in a winter performance for families.

We provide a special program for our third-grade students. It is kids dance outreach. They come to the school over the course of 8 weeks. They teach the students dances that go along with a science theme. They then perform for families at the end.
