Tmc Community capital's purpose is to assist underserved entrepreneurs in the state of california by providing them with access to Capital, technical assistance and resources to successfully start and grow a business. Tmc Community Capital supports microenterprise growth as a strategy to strengthen the local economy, create jobs, and build strong communities. The organization provides the following services: microloans/small business loans of $5,000 to $50,000 throughout the state of california. Referrals for free and low-cost business resources. Free educational business trainings on topics including access to Capital, credit, and cashflow. Relief and recovery grants and forgivable loans to businesses impacted by external disasters.

FOUND/ la grant program was created in response to the economic crisis from COVID-19. With donations from FOUND/LA, the organization awarded $428,000 to 65 business owners during the year ended september 30, 2021. This program included a robust outreach effort.
