Pcao's mission is strengthening families to Prevent Child Abuse and neglect. We envision an Oregon where all children live in safe, nurturing homes and supportive communities. We aim to support and coordinate local and statewide efforts to Prevent Child Abuse in all its forms through: programs, public awareness activities, training, education, advocacy and networking. Pcao is an accredited chapter of Prevent Child Abuse america.
