We provide direct services such as case management and court accompaniment, as well referral to community members of Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania counties, NC. We also serve as liaison with local agencies for the community and assist its members in navigating social and legal systems by providing bilingual translation and…

Health Program

True Ridges health program promotes wellness through education and prevention, providing the Hispanic community with referrals for both physical and behavioral health concerns. In 2025, we made 55 behavioral health referrals for mental health. .

Education Program (la Promesa)

We provide Hispanic students assistance and guidance with higher education needs such as college applications, FAFSA completion, RDS issues and adult continuing education. Our program extends financial assistance for both direct academic (tuition, books, supplies) and indirect costs (housing, food, transportation).
