Learning lab provides literacy classes to adults who want to improve their reading, writing, math, english language, earn their ged, or study for the U.S. Citizenship test. At enrollment, each student is tested and interviewed to determine literacy levels, educational goals, barriers, family income and employment status.

The family literacy program incorporates adult education, early childhood education, parent & child together time (pact) and parent time. While parents improve their literacy skills in their adult classes, their children, aged 2 mos.
