No Exception paid for a Lobbyist $30,000 to lobby the legislature in support of the life sentence reformbill, SB561/HB1532, which would reduce the term of life sentence without parole in Tennessee from the current minimum of 51 years to a minimum of 25 years before parol eligiblity.
