Wnc Social Health Programs

In 2025, we provided accessible and regular mental health first aid in Western North Carolina communities through a variety of events that promote healthy social connection: most notably, Connection Practice meetings and Listening Training sessions.

In 2025, we designed and launched the Community Catalyst Program to activate a regional network of social health catalysts local leaders, healers, artists and facilitators from eight historically marginalized demographics to restore social capital and build long-term resilience in our region post-Hurricane Helene.
