Salaries paid to nicaraguan workers are essential to provide 24 hour care and safety to the children in the safe home. We employed eight nicaraguans who serve as house moms, guards and tutors. We also employed one american who serves as the director.

Rent, utilities and maintenance for the childrens home provide a safe environment and home atmosphere in which the children grow and develop in the knowledge and understanding of their true indentity as gods beloved sons and daughters, knowing their place in his family. And as an accomplishment, they all know this.
