The DR. Lori l. Elliott medical fund supplements goochland county's budget for the animals at the goochland county animal shelter and adoption center (gcasac)and provides SPAY/NEUTER funding for every adoptable dog and cat, funding for medical treatment, microchips, training and shelter supplies.
