We accomplish this through policy development, advocacy, and program management functions conducted on behalf of Downtown stakeholders/investors, and in cooperation with public and other private-sector partners.

Center avenue was reconstructed into a multimodal, three-lane street. New downtown streets: sixth street is now open; minnesota avenue and red river avenue are under construction. 11TH street underpass project ($171m): eliminates train delays, improves emergency response times, adds 1.8 miles of pedestrian and bike paths.
