Love the Hill Days & Summer Project

Through blight and trash removal and beautification projects, 1,839 volunteers were mobilized to impact 9,535 residents in 174 blocks of allison hill to create safer and more sanitary living conditions, reducing crime and giving hope. We hosted 226 volunteer events with 82 different organizations in 2025.

The Hill Farm

With over 41% of youth living in poverty and allison hill being a food desert, 376 volunteers were mobilized to harvest 4,402 pounds of produce that impacted 785 families. There were 574 student visits through 29 educational events to teach about healthy living.

Harrisburg Community Development Corporation

With over 822 ABANDONED/VACANT houses in one square mile of allison hill and affordable housing being at an all time low, HCDC finished all pre-development for the gateway development and raised 86% of the project budget in order to provide 9 families affordable housing and impact 35 plus residents.
