The mission of the Diversion and Reentry Programs is to reduce the number of juveniles entering and returning to the Juvenile Justice System and to strengthen families and develop youth. To provide juvenile diversion mentoring and assistance with juvenile reentry into society after returning to the community following incarceration.

The mission of the Junior Workforce Academy is to prepare our future generation to compete for employment. We intorduce workplace skills that employers seek. Participants are exposed to preparing resumes, interview strategies, responding to work, how to read a check and the importance of saving.
