Mogo Bike Share

Mogo, the city"s first public bike sharing system, launched in may 2017. With 630 bicycles and 74 stations, the system is located throughout greater downtown detroit and offers a low barrier to entry - for ridership to encourage the use of non-motorized transportation.

In june 2020, the city of detroit's office of mobility innovation, the new urban mobility alliance, nextenergy, general motors and mogo partnered together to offer GM'S ariv e-bikes to essential workers whose regular commuting options may have been impacted by ddot and smart bus service cuts at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
