Helping people face the painful truth of the climate emergency and ecological breakdown, and turn their pain into effective action. Facilitating group conversations about climate feelings, coaching individuals, and advocating for an ethic of fearless and compassionate truth-telling.

The Climate Emergency program brings organizations, groups, and sector leaders together to build power for climate emergency declarations and policies that move toward zero emissions by 2030.

Policy researchers in this project support local organizers by offering policy templates and examples of successful efforts. Through mass media communications, we are making the case for, legitimating, and popularizing the concept of WWII-scale Climate Mobilization as the necessary response to the climate emergency.
