To produce beignet fest, a festival that celebrates the iconic beignet, raises money, and increases awareness of children with developmental delays and autism. The festival took place on november 16, 2024 - $263,356 included as direct fundraising expenses.

Bennys sensory activation vehicle is fully equipped to provide a safe space of respite and decompression for individuals who may become overwhelmed from the sights, sounds and crowds at many of the citys beloved, local events. Inside the trailer, the walls and floor are lightly carpeted, and the lighting is kept low.
