We sustained supportive employment for 1 individual, over 1,100 hours of employment, as we transition her now into full-time staff. This employee also finished her ged and started college in the fall of 2019. They work to continue to provide and support themselves now in the present and better their opportunities for the future.

We engaged with hundreds of supporters, donors, and businesses about the problems surrounding the unhoused and in turn providing them with deeper insight into the complexity of said issues, especially in light of a global pandemic.

During covid, we were able to keep our entire staff on payroll without pay cuts or interruption, provide paid access to mential health services for our employees, and bring on two new part-time staff members.
