During fiscal year 2019-2020, neccs provided a full range of educational services appropriate to grade levels pre-kindergarten through 4. This included regular student enrollment and children with special education needs. It completed the 2019-2020 fiscal year with an average daily enrollment of 265 students.

Neccs provided nutritionally balanced, low cost or free meals to children each school day through its breakfast and lunch programs. The programs are federally and state assisted. In fy 2020, it also had after school program for working parents needing a safe learning environment for their children after school.

Neccs implemented the no child left behind program. This program was enacted by congress to reauthorize the elementary and secondary education act with major focus on providing all children with fair, equal and significant opportunity to have a high quality education through enrichment activities.
