Community transit service (CTS) operates as a component of csi. CTS is a rural public transportation program that provides services for the ellis and navarro county area. Hours of operation are monday through saturday 5:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M. Excluding holidays. Reservations are taken monday through friday from 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M.
