Permanent Housing Programs

In 2020 the organization served over 90 chronically homeless and disabled persons while providing support services such as case management, life skills, transportation, food, and medication management. Programs include all citizens empowered (ace), permanent housing services (PHS), and veterans housing partnership (VHP).

In 2020, the program housed 165 homeless families while providing support services such as case management, life skills, transportation, food, and medication management. Programs included home again (ha) and my residence (myres).

Homelessness Assistance and Prevention Programs (happ)

Provides private funds for emergency assistance to avoid evictions that may lead to homelessness. Mortgage, rental AND/OR utility assistance may be given to families experiencing hardships due to a loss of income, major car report or a major medical bill. In 2020 these programs served 196 households.
