Implement the Aerospace Education STEM Operations Program (AESOP), including the Satellite Tool Kit (STK) application for tracking the International Space Station (ISS). We facilitate community service projects that bring hands-on aerospace education activities to primary and secondary school students.

Masterflight Foundation consulting services include corporate governance, strategic planning, organizational development, technical assistance, diversity-equity-and-inclusion, fundraising, program design, operations.

Masterflight Foundation's campaign to end structural racism, sexism, misogyny, homophobia, and transphobia in the Aerospace, Defence, and STEM workforce and academia will impact policies and promote best practices at the top 1000 universities and the top 500 STEM organizations to dismantle this structural phenomenon.
