Through posada's community housing development (chdo)program, affordable housing is developed for persons of low and moderate income.

Supportive housing. Posada provides supportive and wrap around services to the homeless population in pueblo with the purpose of leading them to education, employment, behavioral health services and permanent housing. Direct services and referrals to mainstream services are provided.
