Therapy & Counseling

Mental health services for individuals and families with AMFT therapists and MFT Trainees, providing more than 1,500 sessions this year to 58 clients with challenges including PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Suicidality, and complex trauma.

Advocacy for Holistic Mental Health

Community building and practitioner support. Lichen provided holistic support services for more than 50 therapists, bodyworkers, and doctors who were facing burnout and extreme fatigue due to the nature of their work. Lichen held monthly online support gatherings for practitioners.
