[Classes / Studio] One Yoga offered 37 in-studio and virtual classes per week in 2022, including weekly outdoor classes June through September in Matthews Park and Brackett Park in Minneapolis. In 2022, we served an average of 194 unique students each month.

[Workshops & Advanced Trainings] One Yoga hosts regular workshops, series, and advanced trainings inspired by our mission to advance health equity. In 2022, we hosted 26 workshops and trainings, and served a total of 988 unique clients. This included 28 clients in a special 4-day advanced Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga training.

[Outreach / Community Partnership Program] One Yoga collaborates with community organizations, businesses, and schools to bring yoga to more folks in our community. In 2022, we began a multi-year partnership with St. Paul Public Schools and their Flipside Afterschool Program.
