Housing program- empower tehamas comprehensive housing program consists of emergency shelter, facility-based transitional housing, and a rental assistance program that assists individuals and households with expenses related to obtaining and maintaining safe, permanent housing.

Counseling Program

Empower tehama provides individual counseling services to adult and child victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and other violent crimes as well as to youth who have a history with the criminal legal system. In 2020, empower tehama therapy staff provided 2,288 counseling sessions to 195 children and 91 adults.
